Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Salmon Bowl

Anyone else a Trader Joes lover?! If you’re looking for a simple throw together healthy meal from TJ’s, this Chili Lime Salmon Bowl is the perfect balanced meal filled with healthy fats, protein, fiber, and veggies!

Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet
1/4 cup dry farro
1 cucumber
1/2 shelled edamame
1/2 avocado
1 lime
Salt, garlic powder, chili like seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Cook farro or rice as directed
  2. Air fry salmon with chili lime seasoning on 400 for about 8-10 minutes
  3. Pair with sliced cucumber, 1/2 sliced avocado and 1/2 cup shelled edamame
  4. Drizzle lime juice and chili lime seasoning on everything
