Simple Chicken Lettuce Wraps

1 serving. 475 calories. 50g protein

  • 6 oz Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw – 190 calories
  • 3 Tbsp Peanut sauce – 120 calories
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots- 25 calories 
  • ⅛ cup Peanuts– 96 calories
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds– 13 calories
  • 2 Lettuce leaves for lettuce wraps – 4 calories
  • 1 Cucumber, small – 32 calories


  1. Spray pan with an oil spray. Slice chicken into small pieces.
  2. Cook chicken for ~10 minutes, on medium heat, stirring frequently, until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from heat, mix with shredded carrots, peanuts, sesame seeds, and 2 Tbsp peanut sauce.
  4. Add to lettuce leaves.
  5. Slice cucumber and dip into 1 Tbsp peanut sauce on the side.
