Roasted Steak Tips and Carrots on Bagged Salad

  • 4 oz Steak tips, raw – 180 calories
    2 cups Carrots, baby – 90 calories
    1 oz feta Cheese – 100 calories
    1/2 bagged garden salad with no dresses– 25 calories
    1 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar- 15 calories
    ¼ tsp Salt – 0 calories
    ¼ tsp Pepper, ground – 0 calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel carrots & slice.
  2. Spray a large pan with an oil spray.
  3. Stir-fry carrots for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add in beef for another 8 minutes.
  4. Top bagged salad with balsamic vinegar, steak and carrots when ready to eat
