  • ⅛ cup Cashews (cups) – 90 calories
    1 cup red Grapes – 100 calories
    6 oz Chicken breast (could cook on your own or purchse pre-cooked chicken strips from Trader Joe’s or Costco. Or use white meat of rotisserie chicken) – 190 calories
    1 oz orange cheddar Cheese, sliced – 110 calories
    1 Bell pepper, green, medium – 30 calories
    1 handful of blueberries or blackberries- 35 calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice bell peppers and chicken into strips.
  2. Arrange all foods in bento box or container.
