Mediterranean Zucchini and Salmon Sheet Pan

So many colors (aka different nutrients) and healthy fats (salmon, olive oil, olives)!

This super easy sheet pan recipe makes a healthy, simple meal easily attainable.

Try for yourself:

Seasoned and coated salmon + zucchini with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, basil, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Baked together in the oven on a sheet pan. Pair with orzo salad. BAM!
