“Garbage” meals are my favorite kind of meals! Was doing inventory on the pantry and fridge today and realized I could reduce waste and make a big orzo salad for the week with tons of fridge + pantry items!
Ingredients:
- Orzo
- Jar of artichokes
- Jar of olives
- Feta cheese
- Cucumber
- Bell pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Can of kidney beans
Method:
Toss together and enjoy!
