Italian “Sub” Roll Ups

1 serving. 500 calories. 45g protein

  • 1 high protein wrap (Xtreme Wellness wraps are high in protein)- 30 calories
  • 4 oz Deli turkey bread – 120 calories
  • 2 oz sliced salami – 165 calories
  • 2 slice thin sliced provolone – 100 calories
  • ½ cup Romaine lettuce – 0 calories
  • ¼ cup Banana peppers – 10 calories
  • 1 cup Carrots, baby – 45 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar (Tbsp) – 0 calories
  • 1 tsp Olive oil (tsp) – 40 calories
  • ¼ tsp Basil, dried – 0 calories
  • ¼ tsp Oregano – 0 calories
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic salt – 0 calories
 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice lettuce into small pieces
  2. Layer 1 slice turkey, salami and provolone on top of each other in wrap
  3. Add lettuce and banana peppers
  4. Add oil, vinegar, and spices 
  5. Roll up and slice. Should make 3-4 pinwheel roll ups (depending on your brand of meats & cheese)
  6. Have baby carrots on the side
