Egg White and Turkey Sausage Sandwich with Arugula and Berries

1 English muffin – 110 calories

2 turkey or chicken Breakfast sausage – 120 calories

Handful of arugula – 7 calories

⅛ tsp Garlic salt – 0 calories

1 cup berries- 70 calories


  1. Mix egg whites together in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Spray a pan with an oil spray.
  3. Add eggs into a pan, fry for ~4 minutes, flipping over midway through.
  4. Cook sausage as package instructs.
  5. Add to English muffin with some arugula and enjoy!
  6. Pair with berries for fiber and antioxidants.
