1/2 Tomato, medium – 22 calories

1 English muffin– 110 calories

1 slice of Cheese, any kind – 100 calories

1 Tbsp cottage cheese (Tbsp) – 25 calories

1 tsp Everything bagel seasoning – 0 calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Slice tomato into ~2 slices and top english muffins.
  3. Mix tuna and cottage cheese and add to tomatoes.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn oven to broiler.
  6. Take out of the oven, top each with 1/2 slices of cheese.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes.
