Protein Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

1 cup Strawberries, fresh – 50 calories

1 serving non fat vanilla greek yogurt – Oikos or Two Good brands are great  – 90 calories

3 Tbsp Chia seeds – 180 calories

¼ cup Milk, skim, non-fat or almond – 20 calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine chia seeds, yogurt, and milk in a mason jar & refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top/mix in strawberries (halved or quartered) in the morning.
