Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Makes 4 servings

  • 8 oz Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw
  • 1/2 cup light ranch dressing 
  • 4 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded, mozzarella
  • 4 cups Carrots, baby

     
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place chicken in a sprayed baking dish and cover ranch, hot sauce, whipped cream cheese and mozzerella, cover the dish with tin foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. When done, shred with forks! If you prefer to use pre-cooked shredded chicken that works!
  2. Serve with carrots
