Chicken Green Bean Potato Sheet Pan

6 oz Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw – 190 calories
5 baby potatoes – 125 calories
1 cup green beans – 30 calories
1 Tbsp Olive oil – 120 calories
⅛ tsp Garlic salt – 0 calories
⅛ tsp Red pepper flakes – 0 calories
 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Slice chicken and potatoes into bite sized pieces
  3. Microwave potato pieces for ~6 minutes (or air fry for 10 min at 400 degrees)
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil
  5. Add chicken, green beans & potatoes in a single serving layer
  6. Top with oil, seasonings, mix around so everything is coated
  7. Bake for ~15 minutes, until your chicken has cooked through
