1 Yogurt, plain, Greek, 2%, single-serving container – 110 calories

1 cup Raspberries, frozen, not sweetened – 80 calories

⅛ cup nuts or 1 tbsp nut butter – 100 calories

1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Add nuts, berries and cinnamon to yogurt 
  2. Let raspberries melt into yogurt for 20 min – 1 hour
  3. Enjoy
