Veggie Meat Sauce

1 serving. 330 calories. 30g protein

  • 4 oz 90% lean Ground beef, 90% – 185 calories
    1 cup Canned, diced tomatoes – 55 calories
    2 cups Leafy greens, spinach, raw – 15 calories
  • 1/2 medium zucchini, sliced- 15 calories
  • Handful of baby bella mushrooms, sliced- 15 calories
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese – 40 calories
    ⅛ tsp Garlic salt – 0 calories
 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray pan with oil spray.
  2. Stir-fry zucchini and mushrooms until soft, about 3-5 min
  3. Stir in meat until cooked through (no longer pink).
  4. Add in tomatoes and spinach, cook ~4 minutes.
  5. Top with cheese and garlic salt.
  6. Serve with high protein pasta.
