  • 2 cups Broccoli – 60 calories
  • ½ cup Pasta, penne, cooked – 200 calories
  • ⅓ cup Cheese, Parmesan, shredded (cups) – 110 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Hot sauce (Tbsp) – 0 calories
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic salt – 0 calories
  • ⅛ tsp Red pepper flakes – 0 calories
  • ¼ tsp Oregano – 0 calories

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as instructed on package
  2. Slice chicken and broccoli into bite sized pieces
  3. Spray a pan with an oil spray
  4. Stir fry chicken and broccoli for approx. 5 minutes on medium heat
  5. Add in pasta, seasonings, hot sauce, and mix together
  6. Top with cheese
