- ¼ cup organic steel-cut oats
- 1/4 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt (I use Oikos Triple Zero or you could do vegan kite hill greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- Dash of ground cinnamon
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and cover. Place in refrigerator and let soak overnight. In the
morning, transfer to a pot and cook on medium heat until heated through.
