Pesto Eggs on Toast

1 Egg and 1 egg white – 90 calories

1 Tbsp Pesto (Tbsp) – 60 calories

⅛ tsp Red pepper flakes – 0 calories

1 Bread, thick, whole wheat or sourdough, slice – 120 calories

Side of 1/2 cup berries or an orange – 35 calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast bread in toaster.
  2. Spray a pan with an oil spray. Turn heat to medium heat.
  3. Add in pesto and crack in whole egg + egg white into the pan.
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on how cooked through your like your eggs
  5. Place egg on toast, top with red pepper flakes.
  6. No gluten? Use a gluten-free bread.
