Peanut Butter Banana Burrito

1 Banana – 105 calories
2 Tbsp Peanut butter (Tbsp) – 190 calories
1 High Protein Tortilla, such as Josephs Lavash – 120 calories
2 cups Celery stalks, chopped in half – 32 calories
1/2 cup roasted salted pumpkin seeds – 142 calories
  1. Spread peanut butter on tortilla.
  2. Lay banana on one side of the tortilla, top with pumpkin seeds and then roll up.
  3. Put celery on the side.
