DIRECTIONS
- Slice chicken into bite sized pieces
- Drain hearts of palm pasta and rinse with water OR cook chickpea linguine as specified on package
- Add oil to an oven-safe pan (like a cast iron pan)
- Stir fry chicken and noodles on medium heat until chicken has cooked through, about 5-6 minutes
- Mix in Alfredo sauce, garlic salt, and pepper
- Top with grated Parmesan
