Everybody loves a healthy gut and a smoothie!
This smoothie is one of my go-to’s. So important to keep some frozen berries in stock in your freezer for moments when you’re craving a refreshing snack.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup kefir
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
