1 single serving plain greek yogurt– 90 calories
¼ cup Guacamole (single serving packs are great for this- sold at many stores including Costco) – 90 calories
 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice veggies. Portion out crackers.
  2. Combine ranch seasoning with greek yogurt. 
  3. Dip and enjoy!
