Chicken Veggies and Sweet Potato

6 oz Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw (or swap with any protein)- 190 calories
½ small sweet potato (or Japanese white sweet potato- love those) – 100 calories
1 tsp butter– 40 calories 
1 cup Green beans – 40 calories
1 cup bell pepper – 30 calories
Spray oil for the pan- 20 calories
Garlic salt – 0 calories
Italian seasoning– 0 calories

Pepper – 0 calories

 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Poke holes in sweet potato, coat skin with olive oil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until soft inside
  2. Cut chicken breast into small slices. Take ends off green beans and the cut in half or in thirds. Slice up bell pepper, removing stems/ seeds etc.
  3. Spray a pan with an oil spray.
  4. Cook chicken, green beans and pepper for ~15 minutes on lowest heat, stirring occasionally. Season with garlic salt, pepper, italian seasoning.
  5. Add 1 tsp butter and sprinkle of garlic salt to baked potato and serve all together.
