DIRECTIONS
- Poke holes in sweet potato, coat skin with olive oil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until soft inside
- Cut chicken breast into small slices. Take ends off green beans and the cut in half or in thirds. Slice up bell pepper, removing stems/ seeds etc.
- Spray a pan with an oil spray.
- Cook chicken, green beans and pepper for ~15 minutes on lowest heat, stirring occasionally. Season with garlic salt, pepper, italian seasoning.
- Add 1 tsp butter and sprinkle of garlic salt to baked potato and serve all together.
