2 cups Romaine lettuce – 15 calories
1 small Cucumber – 20 calories
3 cup Celery stalks, chopped – 10 calories
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese – 100 calories
¼ Avocado, small – 50 calories
1 Tbsp Creamy dressing (such as ranch or caesar)– 75 calories
¼ tsp Salt – 0 calories
¼ tsp Pepper – 0 calories
  1. Cook chicken nuggets if not already cooked.
  2. Dice celery, cucumber, avocado, and chop chicken nuggets into small pieces.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and top with dressing and salt & pepper. Mix together.
