Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Cauliflower Gnocchi

1/2 package of Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi – 170 calories
1 chicken sausage link (Brands: Trader Joe’s, Aidelles, Apple Gate)  – 110 calories
1/2 Alfredo sauce – 200 calories
1 cup broccoli florets– 35 calories 
1/2 tbsp of olive or avocado oil – 60 calories 
Garlic powder- 0 calories
¼ tsp Basil, dried – 0 calories
¼ tsp Salt – 0 calories

¼ tsp Pepper – 0 calories

 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Can double this whole recipes to cook whole package of gnocchi.
  2. Defrost the gnocchi: You can either let thaw out on the counter for an hour or you can microwave the gnocchi on a plate for 2-4 minutes. Once thawed you want to pat dry any condensation.
  3. In a large non-stick or well-seasoned cast iron skillet heat  oil until it’s hot add the gnocchi in an even layer. Let the gnocchi sit undisturbed for 3 minutes. Flip the gnocchi and repeat until they are a light brown and crispy.
  4. Add in the broccoli and chicken sausage until lightly browned.
  5. Mix in alfredo sauce and seasoning, let simmer for 5-6 minutes.
