Tuna Salad With Crackers, Fruit and Veggies

1 Tuna, canned – 120 calories
1 medium Cucumber – 35 calories
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise (could get vegan mayo or use Trader Joe’s vegan tzatziki as well) – 100 calories
1 Serving of crackers, whole wheat, 110 calories per serving – 110 calories
¼ tsp Everything bagel seasoning – 0 calories
1 Pear or apple or nectarine or peach or orange – 100 calories
 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix tuna, mayo, and everything bagel seasoning.
  2. Slice cucumber.
  3. Add tuna salad to cucumber slices and crackers.
  4. Have fruit on the side.
  5. Cracker brands I like: Mary’s Gone, Falckers, Triscuit, Miltons
