DIRECTIONS
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, slice peppers and onions.
- Spray pan with an oil spray. Cook chicken and veggies for about 12 minutes on medium heat, until all have cooked through.
- Add in cauliflower rice for about 5 minutes, and until it begins to brown.
- Top with Tikka Masala sauce, let simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
