Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Pasta With Chicken

530 calories using regular pasta

330 calories if using Miracle spaghetti

1 cup cooked spaghetti or penne or ziti – whatever you prefer (or 1 package of Miracle spaghetti if you wanted lower carb)  – 200 calories if using regular pasta. 10 in using miracle 

¼ cup Alfredo sauce – 100 calories

1 Tbsp sun dried Tomatoes – 15 calories
4 cups spinach – 25 calories
6 oz Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw – 190 calories

¼ tsp Pepper – 0 calories

 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook pasta as instructed on package.
  2. Slice raw chicken into strips.
  3. Spray pan with an oil spray.
  4. Add chicken (and fresh or now stir-fried from frozen zoodles) to the pan and stir fry for ~6 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken has cooked through.
  5. Add in rest of ingredients (pasta, spinach, tomatoes, Alfredo, seasoning) to the pan, and heat through for ~5 minutes on low heat.
