Waffle, Berries and Breakfast Sausages

1 cup berries, fresh – 50 calories

2 Breakfast sausage – 120 calories

1 Toaster waffle – 100 calories

DIRECTIONS

 

    1. Toast waffles.

    1. Spray pan with an oil spray. Cook sausages for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

    1. Make a sandwich with the waffles and sausages.

    1. Have berries on the side.

    1. Gluten free? Use gluten-free waffles.
