  • 4 oz Chicken thigh, skinless, grilled – 260 calories
  • 1 cup Broccoli – 30 calories
  • 1 Zucchini, medium – 30 calories
  • 4 slice Lemon, slice – 0 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil – 120 calories
  • ¼ tsp Salt – 0 calories
  • ¼ tsp Pepper, ground – 0 calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add oil to pan.
  2. Cube chicken, veggies into small pieces.
  3. Cook chicken and veggies on low heat ~10 minutes, until chicken has cooked through.
  4. Top with seasoning and squeeze lemon juice over food.
  5. No chicken? Use tofu, fish, beans.
