Meat Sauce with Chickpea Pasta

1 serving. 660 calories. 42g protein

  • Cook 1 serving of chickpea or brown rice pasta 

    Sautee over medium heat:  
  • 1 tbsp olive oil with 3 garlic cloves and 1 small onion
  • After a few minutes add in 4-6 oz lean ground beef
  • Once cooked through, add in 1 serving of tomato sauce 
  • Add in salt and pepper to taste

    Combine meat sauce and pasta
