High-Protein Everything But The Bagel Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • Salt, pepper, sesame seeds, onion powder and garlic powder or everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Pair with a slice of toast or english muffin and piece of fruit


Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs, cottage cheese, and seasoning.
  2. Then heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and spray with oil.
  3. When warm, pour the eggs in and scramble!
