- 1 Cup Mashed Banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
- 2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (or quick cooking)
- ⅓ Cup Unflavored Protein Powder – any kind
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 Tbs Honey or maple syrup
- 2 Cups Regular or Plant-Based Milk
- 1/4 cup Almond Butter
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- ⅓ Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. In a 2 quart baking dish mash the banana with the back of a fork. Add all other ingredients except chocolate chips into baking dish and stir until mixture is combined. Gently mix in chocolate chips (you can add on a few extra chocolate chips on top if desired).
3. Place in the oven to bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes.
4. Enjoy hot or cold!
5. Store in the fridge for up to a week!
