DIRECTIONS
- Dice chicken and potatoes into small pieces.
- Add potatoes to a bowl, and microwave for 5 minutes (or throw in air fryer for 15 min at 400 degrees), until potato pieces have cooked through.
- Melt butter in a pan on low heat.
