⅛ cup Cashews (cups) – 98 calories
1 cup broccoli florets – 20 calories
1 Bell pepper, green – 27 calories
1 small red onion- 30 calories 
⅛ tsp Garlic salt – 0 calories
1 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos (Tbsp) – 20 calories
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced (Tbsp) – 0 calories
1 Tbsp Ginger, minced (Tbsp) – 0 calories
 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Spray pan with an oil spray
  2. Chop broccoli florets and slice bell pepper and onion into medium pieces
  3. Add in minced garlic, ginger and beef, stir with a wooden spoon for ~7 minutes on medium heat 
  4. Add in broccoli, bell pepper and onion, another 5 minutes
  5. Add in soy sauce or coconut aminos 
  6. Add in cashews and seasoning at the end
