- 3 oz 85% ground turkey
- 1/4 cup low fat refried beans
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- Mission tortilla
- Could add hot sauce, salsa, avocado, cheese, anything you desire! I add some hot sauce!
DIRECTIONS
- Cook ground turkey through in a pan over medium heat
- Add refried beans to pan, toss
- Top with egg
- Top with taco seasoning
- Cook until egg is at desired stage (over easy, over medium, over hard etc)
- Heat tortilla on stovetop
- Put the tortilla on a plate and fill with ground turkey, refried beans, egg, hot sauce or salsa)
