Breakfast Burrito

1 serving. 400 calories. 40g protein

  • 3 oz 85% ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup low fat refried beans
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning 
  • Mission tortilla 
  • Could add hot sauce, salsa, avocado, cheese, anything you desire! I add some hot sauce!


  • Cook ground turkey through in a pan over medium heat
  • Add refried beans to pan, toss
  • Top with egg 
  • Top with taco seasoning
  • Cook until egg is at desired stage (over easy, over medium, over hard etc)
  • Heat tortilla on stovetop 
  • Put the tortilla on a plate and fill with ground turkey, refried beans, egg, hot sauce or salsa)
