Pumpkin Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

It doesn’t have to be the fall in order to enjoy pumpkin goodies!

These quick and easy energy bites are perfect to store in the fridge for a fast snack, or to have after a meal as a little something sweet!

Combine:
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups Rolled oats
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp Pumpkin spice or cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Makes about 12 bites
I doubled recipe to have a ton ready for next few weeks!
