
These quick and easy energy bites are perfect to store in the fridge for a fast snack, or to have after a meal as a little something sweet!
Combine:
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups Rolled oats
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp Pumpkin spice or cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Makes about 12 bites
