Small changes can produce extraordinary results because small changes inspire small wins, and small wins inspire us to persevere when we feel like quitting. 

Habits are triggered by the completion of the one that preceded it. I call this The Habit Staircase.

The higher you climb the staircase, the more momentum you have behind you, and the less you need to rely on motivation.

Create your own staircase, including habits you wish to create to form your morning routine.

Each morning, the more stairs you “climb” are wins that you are stacking!

  1. Wake up at 6:30 am
  2. Don’t press snooze
  3. Sip water
  4. Make coffee
  5. Journal for 5-10 minutes
  6. Make bed
