Call out one time in the upcoming week where you get extremely stress and in a journal (tip: have a separate journal available for this exercise as you continue to incorporate it into your life) answer the following questions:
What caused the stress?
How did you feel?
What was your immediate response to it? Or what did your mind immediately tell you to do in the moment?
What made you feel better after? (Test out forms of stress release including meditation, walking, art, talking with friends/family etc.)
