Hello we are Carly & Maddie Biron! Creators & Co-founders of Built by Biron. We take on a unique approach to fitness and focus less on the image of how you look and more of the overall results of how you feel. We strive to create an accepting and inclusive atmosphere in our gym and welcome people at any fitness level to come workout with us!

DO I HAVE TO DO BOTH THE FITNESS & NUTRITIONAL COMPONENT?
No, it is not required, however we STRONGLY recommend it. We worked together to develop this entire program and feel as though the bride would get the most out of it by partaking in both the fitness and nutritional aspects. 

CAN I MIX & MATCH?
YES. We encourage you to choose the fitness and nutritional plan that works best for you and fits your lifestyle. If you need guidance on what you think which combination will work best for you, we are here to help! 

ARE THE PAYMENTS SEPARATE?
YES. The nutritional payment and the fitness payment will be paid separately. For both programs you can choose to pay at a monthly rate, or a discounted rate in FULL at the beginning of the program. 

DO YOU ONLY TAKE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF BRIDES PER MONTH?
YES. We are limiting the amount of brides we take on per month to make sure each person is getting the most out of this program.

CAN THR BRIDAL PARTY/ SIGNIFICANT OTHER JOIN IN FOR GROUP MEETINGS/SESSIONS?
